Canopy Imaging Pinehill

As part of its ongoing collaboration with Canopy Healthcare, P6 has completed a new fitout for Canopy Imaging in Pinehill, Auckland. A leading medical imaging provider in the North Island, Canopy Imaging is recognised for its combination of world-class technology, clinical expertise, and patient-centred care.

Conveniently located alongside the Auckland Breast Centre, the Pinehill facility includes a generous reception and waiting area, an X-Ray suite, two Ultrasound scanning rooms, a consulting room, as well as extensive administration and staff areas.

In line with Canopy Imaging’s evolving design objectives, P6 developed interiors that are calming, biophilic, and highly functional. Warm timber finishes, textural green wallcoverings, and design-specific joinery in coordinating tones were layered with carefully chosen artistic features to create a space that feels soft, welcoming, and reassuring for patients.

Lighting design also played a critical role. Dimmable fittings and pendant luminaires were integrated to balance ambience with functionality, ensuring patients feel at ease while staff benefit from an optimal working environment.

The result is a facility where advanced medical imaging is supported by interiors that prioritise comfort, clarity, and human connection — continuing Canopy Healthcare’s vision for healthcare environments that are as inviting as they are innovative.
